Do you do bathroom or kitchen remodeling work?

My toilet won’t stop running. What can I do?

In most cases I would recommend and could walk you through turning off the water line supply that leads to the toilet.  After that you will want to determine what internal components are in need of servicing. Most replacement parts can be found at your local hardware stores. If you do not feel confident with doing the repair yourself please contact the resident plumber at 480 452 7980.

Yes, I have many years of experience in new construction and remolding work.  I can move the kitchen sink  and drains, or add that ice maker you have always wanted, as well as retrofit a bathroom to make it ADA compliant, or install a luxury tub and shower.  I Would love to schedule an in home consultation and help you with your remodel.

What are the benefits of a tank less water heater?

Tank less water heaters are growing in their popularity because they heat your water on demand and provide a constant stream of hot water.  They also last approximately 10 years longer than a traditional water heater, and free up storage space where your water heater was once stored.  Tank less water heating systems are much smaller than a traditional water heater. The downside is you no longer have a tank of hot water in reserve; if services fail, you will be left with cold water immediately.

WHAT IS AN AMALGAM SEPARATOR AND WHY DO I NEED ONE IN MY DENTAL OFFICE?

An amalgam separator is a device that captures and removes mercury-containing particles from wastewater before they enter the public sewer system. Dental offices that place or remove amalgam fillings produce this type of waste, which can harm the environment if not properly managed. Regulations in many regions now require dental practices to install amalgam separators to comply with environmental standards and avoid penalties. Beyond compliance, using one shows your commitment to responsible waste management and patient safety while protecting your plumbing system from potential buildup. The EPA requires these devices in all dental offices.  We install them.  Book an appointment online today.

Do you provide emergency services?

I typically do not provide emergency services.  Our hours of operation are from 6am-3pm Monday - Friday.  However, if you have a plumbing issue that needs to be addressed immediately, I can answer questions over the phone, and walk you through a quick emergency shut off situation.  I can also offer my best advice for whether or not your service can wait for the following day.  I a paragraph.
