Medical Gas Brazing Services

Certified. Compliant. Clinic-Ready.

When it comes to your dental or medical facility, the plumbing system is more than just pipes—it’s a lifeline for patient care. Medical gas systems carry oxygen, nitrous oxide, vacuum, and other essential gases that need to flow safely and without interruption. That’s why installing or modifying these systems requires more than just a standard plumbing license.

Why Certification Matters

Medical gas lines must be brazed (a high-heat joining process for copper pipes) using strict safety and cleanliness standards. Only a plumber with specialized medical gas certification (ASSE 6010) is legally allowed to do this work. These systems are regulated by the NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code), and every joint must be leak-free, secure, and contamination-free.

At The Resident Plumber, we are certified and experienced in medical gas brazing—meaning we’re qualified to get your office up and running safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with state and federal codes. Med gas installation must be inspected and verified by a licensed certified Med Gas inspector.

What We Handle

We specialize in medical gas installation for:

  • Dental offices

  • Veterinary clinics

  • Medical offices and labs

Whether it’s a new build-out, expansion, or equipment upgrade, we’ll make sure your gas lines are installed to code, pressure-tested, and ready for inspection.

Don’t Cut Corners—Hire the Experts

Not every plumber is trained or licensed for medical gas brazing. Hiring the wrong person can lead to failed inspections, delays, or worse—unsafe conditions for your staff and patients.

If you’re planning a new office or upgrading your equipment, call The Resident Plumber. We’ll make sure your medical gas system is done right the first time.
